  Maureen is wonderful and always so helpful! I appreciate all of her help when we ordered our mattress and living room furniture. My only complaint is about the mattress delivery. When we had our living room furniture delivered in the fall of 2016, the movers were great. When we had our mattress delivered, I wish I would have known that our old mattress needed to be bagged prior to the movers coming. Since I was home alone and my husband was at work, I was unable to bag our old mattress and it was left in our house. I also liked that the movers in the fall 2016 wore shoe covers in our home whereas the movers who recently delivered our mattress did not wear shoe covers. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely shop at coconis again!!

  The staff made what is usually a painstaking experience more relaxing. I took my mother and sister with me and they made them feel just as included in the whole process. This is a great store with excellent staff!!!
